House Hunting in Idaho?

Jessica Dalton represented my husband and I in the purchase of an investment property. I can’t imagine a better experience than that with Jessica. She was very accommodating and attentive, always getting information and answers for us quickly and efficiently. Since we were from out of state and had never purchased any property in Idaho, we had many questions and concerns. Jessica was knowledgeable, always happy to help and so generous with her time. We are now considering a move to Boise, and we will definitely want Jessica to be our agent for any future purchases.

I met Michael Shelton in January while visiting the Boise area for the first time. Once we met I knew that I didn’t want to look any farther for a realtor when it came time to look for a home. From beginning to end he was helpful and always went the extra mile to make sure I had all my questions answered or issues taken care of. Bob Fisher is the most KIND HEARTED, PATIENT, HARDWORKING, DETERMINED person I have ever met. We met Bob when our realtor at the time went on vacation and we wanted to look at a home. He showed up with colored print outs of the property for us (which none of the other 3 agents we had met before did) and opened up the house for us. We expected him to do what they all do -just follow us around without saying a word and then ask at the end if we wanted to make an offer… WE WERE DEAD WRONG. He not only walked through the house with us but educated us on what to look for that an FHA loan will cover. He checked the siding on the house, checked for damaged in the rooms, mentioned things that may need to be fixed and even taught us how to check to make sure the roof was in good condition. It was INCREDIBLE how knowledgeable he was! A complete blessing in disguise because we had been looking for months trying to find a place and felt like our old realtor wasn’t there to help us but instead just worry about how much we were going to spend. Bob was the complete opposite. He fought for us on EVERY offer and guided us to find the perfect home. He gave us confidence that we could trust him with the biggest investment of our life. He was available when we needed him (even in the late evening) and what I love most was that he was not only kind to us, he kept us on our toes when it came to deadlines. I have already sent a few people his way, but I really wanted to share with everyone that is about to go through the home buying process, you have to meet him. He is one of the few people out of a thousand that is the best of the best!

Gerald Dalton and his team were instrumental in helping me choose the right piece of property in the Boise area. They were available for questions and retrieved documents as needed in a timely fashion. They reached out to the title company and acquired a plat map of the property, they gave personal advice in regards to location when It comes to roads and condition of roads in winter time. they also helped me find a lender that would do vacant land loans. Di Cluff is an awesome agent. Not only is she awesome, but she is kind and fun too. During our time with her, either on the phone or in her company, she was always upbeat and delightful to be around.
